Shipping Timing

The honest answer is: it varies. Especially with Covid-19 still affecting travel and workforces, your shipment may take up to six weeks. We can't meet Amazon standards, since we don't have their infrastructure.

In addition some of the better shipping companies are closing their doors because of travel restrictions, so we're having to remain flexible. We have made every effort to take the burden of shifting shipping costs onto ourselves, so you won't have to worry about that.

Please be patient, but if you're worried, don't hesitate to query about your order at gamesomniverse@gmail.com. We can check whether it's been shipped or not.

Most products will have sizing described on the product page. Our Tshirts are all standard sizing unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Who is Games Omniverse?

Games Omniverse was born in 2013 when four women working in the video games industry combined forces to devise an indie company that would make immersive games, actively pursue diversity among teammates, and provide a safe and encouraging environment for new game designers and artists to practice their crafts.

We have a tiny loyal team of seven people, each with unique talents, and all of whom contribute their skills to our progress. We're scattered all over the United States, so we do all our work online and meet on Discord twice a week. Everyone has day-jobs and families, so we work in our spare time. We're a passion project full of heart and driven by friendship.

For the past 8 years, we've been building the Dire Multiverse world on transmedia platforms. Our projects include the puzzle adventure game "Danika Dire and the Wretched Wake," which will be moving into alpha testing later this year.

Other Dire Multiverse works in progress include an audio drama, a tarot deck, and a trilogy of novels.

Among the projects we've proudly completed are the Dire Multiverse Poker Deck set (hitting all our Kickstarter stretch goals!), a tabletop roleplaying playset for Home by Dark, and this shop.

We are your typical indie game design team. We have no corporate sponsors, and so we're funded entirely by our own personal money. Every purchase you make here goes to support the team and our projects.

Our dream is to, one day, sell enough games or other products to afford bringing people on full-time and paying them living wages. We want to build a diverse environment where beginners can learn, stretch themselves, and become lifelong friends. This has been our dream from Day 1.

We're glad you're here with us!

Who is the team leader?

Angel Leigh McCoy is the driving force behind Games Omniverse. A veteran game designer and author, she's done many things in her long career.

She designed narrative for AAA video game studios, on award-winning video games including Remedy Games’ CONTROL (IGN Game of the Year 2019) and Guild Wars 2 (IGN Game of the Year 2012). While at Microsoft Games Studios and Xbox.com, she was the official game correspondent Wireless Angel.

She has much history with designing and writing for games going back to 1992 when she wrote her first tabletop RPG content for White Wolf's World of Darkness. She also wrote for companies such as Wizards of the Coast (Dungeons & Dragons, Forgotten Realms), West End Games (Necroscope), and FASA (Earthdawn). More recently, in 2020, her short story “Mother’s Homestead,” was chosen for White Wolf’s Changing Breeds: Wild West Tales anthology.

She published her first trilogy of novels in 2020 ( Wyrdwood Welcome Trilogy). She has had more than 25 short stories published and has made it into two “Best of” anthologies, including Best Women’s Erotica of the Year 5 (2019) and an honorable mention in Ellen Datlow’s Best Horror of the Year 4 (2012).

The short-story collection Dark was the Night, published in 2020, contains a selection of her best short horror stories, not for the weak of heart.
